We are just starting out with odd working hours. However, you are the most important part of our business. Email is the easiest way to contact us or you are welcome to leave a voice message. All messages will be returned within 24 hours, most much sooner, excluding these U.S. holidays – New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day(Fourth of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Ordering is simple and secure with industry-standard SSL encryption.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, money order and cashiers check. We use Paypal to process credit cards, however you do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card. If you want to pay by money or cashiers check, you can still use our online order form by selecting check/money order. We will hold your order for up to 2 weeks while we await receipt of your payment. If you use a credit card for your method of payment, your billing address much match that shown on your credit card statement. Any discrepancies will cause your order to be delayed while we contact you.
Maclin’s Beads works to keep everyday prices at their lowest. Currently we are only using the U.S. Post Office for shipping. In order to maintain those low prices, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $25. All other U.S. orders will ship for a flat rate of $3. If you’d like to use U.S. Priority Mail, send us an email prior to finishing your order and we will set it up for you. We apologize for the inconvenience, we are working to add additional standard shipping options.
We will do our best to ship your International orders with the least cost. We are still working on our International shipping, please email us for a quote.
Shipping Processing Times
We will do our best to get all orders shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Holidays, weather, and special sales events may affect shipping times.
